Shipping Policy

At Ek Matra, most products displayed on our website are either ready in stock or can be manufactured within a short time.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard orders are usually manufactured and dispatched within 10–12 business days.
  • Selected items under Express Delivery or Stock In Hand collections can be dispatched within 2 working days.
  • For bulk or large quantity orders, our sales team will confirm stock availability or estimated lead time if the item is not immediately available.

 

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are shipped to your registered delivery address within 3 working days after order processing.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • We make every effort to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

 

Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier partners for deliveries, including:

  1. Xpressbees
  2. Delhivery
  3. FedEx

 

Undelivered Packages

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
  • Ek Matra is not responsible for deliveries failed due to incorrect or outdated addresses.
  • If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the order may be treated as closed.

 

Address Format

  • Please enter your full address with correct PIN code / ZIP code.
  • We do not recommend using P.O. Box addresses.
  • If clarification is needed, our team may contact you before dispatch.

 

Change of Address

  • Any address change request must be submitted within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the city, delivery location, and order quantity.
  • Final shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

 

Hidden Charges

  • No hidden charges apply at Ek Matra.
  • The final amount shown at checkout is the total payable price.
  • No extra charges will be collected after dispatch or delivery.

Return, Refund and Cancellation

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can only be returned through the RTO (Return to Origin) process. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed accordingly.

 

Cancellation Criteria

Orders may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete customer address details (street number, landmark, etc.)
  2. Incorrect product price or specification listed on the website
  3. Product unavailability in exceptional cases
  4. Delivery location falls under a non-serviceable area
  5. Suspected fraudulent activity or information

 

Returns

If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@ekmatra.store with clear images of:

  • Damaged product
  • Outer packaging
  • Inner packaging (if applicable)

 

Eligible Reasons for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements may be accepted for the following reasons:

  1. Product is damaged or defective
  2. Product differs from website description
  3. Wrong item, size, color, or quantity delivered
  4. Missing parts or accessories

 

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours
  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact
  • Invoice must be available

 

Non-Returnable Products

The following categories may be marked non-returnable:

  • Electronics
  • Cartridges
  • Safety products
  • Tyres
  • Electrical items
  • Car-care products
  • Clearance sale items
  • Combo products (individual items cannot be returned separately)

 

Return Process

  1. Contact support within 7 days of delivery via call or email
  2. Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
  3. Courier partner may collect within 2–3 business days
  4. Product must be securely packed with invoice attached
  5. Quality inspection will be completed after receipt (approx. 2 days)

 

Self-Shipping Returns

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship via India Post to:

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the original payment method:

  • Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallets: 2–4 business days
  • NEFT / Cheque: bank details required from registered email
  • EMI payments: 6–8 business days
  • Additional delays may occur depending on bank processing timelines
